Dr. John Just is a globally recognized leader in eLearning and compliance training, providing strategic guidance to enterprises worldwide, including Fortune 500 and nonprofit organizations. He serves as Chief Learning Officer at KnowBe4, the world’s largest cybersecurity awareness and compliance training organization.

With a career spanning academic, public-sector, and enterprise leadership, Dr. Just has held roles ranging from IT director and instructional design professor to Chief Information Officer and school co-founder. He is a published author in both scientific journals and industry outlets, with a focus on learning effectiveness, technology innovation, and risk-driven training.
