Throughout her career in the technology sector—largely within private equity portfolio companies—she has successfully guided organizations through IPOs, complex transactions, and strategic exits.

As an experienced CHRO for both private and public companies, Veena serves as a trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, and private equity sponsors. She has a proven track record of aligning business objectives with people strategy to accelerate value creation.

Role & Responsibilities at KnowBe4: Veena oversees HR strategy, organizational transformation, and operations across our global footprint. Beyond traditional human capital management, she serves as a primary steward of the company’s unique award-winning culture.
