 Alicia Dietzen Tawil serves as Chief Legal Officer of KnowBe4, where she has played an instrumental role in the organization's transformation from startup to global leader during her 9-year tenure. As the organization's first in-house attorney, Tawil built comprehensive legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions from the ground up, providing strategic legal counsel across multiple financing rounds, international expansion into 12+ jurisdictions, and numerous high-value transactions. She brings distinctive international legal experience to her role, having worked abroad including time at a London law firm and attending hearings at The Hague's ICC and ICJ.
