Fran Roberts brings over 20 years of technical direction and creative production experience to his role as KnowBe4 Studios General Manager, having held leadership, strategic, and technical positions across the media, entertainment, and enterprise technology sectors. He specializes in advanced studio operations and pioneering AI-driven operating models to modernize traditional production workflows. Recognized for transforming strategy into operational reality, Roberts leads cross-functional teams through complex technological shifts to scale content production and improve customer experience.

Role & Responsibilities at KnowBe4: Roberts develops and executes strategies to drive the evolution of KnowBe4's security awareness training content, managing multiple departments including eLearning Graphics, Quality, Courseware Services, Content Specialists, Instructional Design, and Implementation and Planning. He guides the Courseware Design Team in delivering cutting-edge, immersive, and highly engaging training content and interactive games that help organizations build stronger security cultures.
