Kelly Morgan brings over two decades of experience building and leading customer-focused organizations across the enterprise software and cybersecurity industries to his role as Chief Customer Officer at KnowBe4. His team partners with customers to proactively mitigate risks stemming from both human and AI agents. Drawing on a proven track record of driving success through value-driven engagement models and delivering tangible business outcomes, Morgan is committed to helping customers maximize the impact of their security awareness and risk management programs.

Role & Responsibilities at KnowBe4: Morgan oversees Customer Success Management, Support, Onboarding, Professional Services, and Renewals, aligning teams around a unified, outcomes-based approach that strengthens security culture and enables customers to achieve long-term resilience.

Past Experience:

  • Served as Chief Customer Officer at DocuSign, a pioneer in e-signature technology with a market valuation exceeding $3 billion
  • Served as Chief Customer Officer and General Manager at SYKES, a global leader in customer engagement
  • Held various global leadership positions at Symantec, where he led post-sales strategy for one of the largest cybersecurity firms in the industry

  • Serves as a TSIA Advisory Board Member, including participation on the CRO Council
  • Served on the EyeLevel.ai board of directors for three years

  • Holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida
