KB4-CON 2024 is happening in-person on March 4-6, 2024 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Register now!

Many of our sessions are educational in nature focusing on cybersecurity and the current threat landscape and may be interesting to those who are not KnowBe4 customers or channel partners. However, a good portion of our sessions will be focused on product training and detailed information, which non-customers will probably not find useful. It’s up to your discretion if you’d like to join us or not!

KB4-CON is a casual conference and we want you to wear what makes you most comfortable – think jeans, a company polo, and comfortable shoes for all the walking. For the comfort of attendees, please be considerate and refrain from any intentionally offensive clothing.

Starting in 2023, we made the decision to charge a nominal amount primarily to assist with the registration/show rate. We found at previous events that it was difficult to predict attendance for a free event where people register themselves, coworkers, and guests even if they don’t fully plan to come. We strive to give you the best experience possible and being able to better predict attendance allows us to provide that for you!

Unfortunately, KB4-CON is available to those 21 years and older only.

Yes, registration does NOT include the cost of your hotel room.

You can change your registration details, add additional colleagues or guests, and more by logging back in with your confirmation number and the email address you used during registration. Your confirmation number is provided in the email confirmation you should receive after registering. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox after registration.

Sure! We have a party crasher pass which only gives access to our evening networking events for $149. You can add them during the registration process.

Our All Access passes included breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Tuesday, and heavy appetizers and drinks on Monday and Tuesday evening.

Our internal infosec team has given us a list of email domains to block from our registration. Make sure you are using a valid business email address to register.

Make sure you’re ready at the Gaylord Palms and ready to go by Monday, March 4 in the afternoon. We’ll be wrapping up with some can’t-miss keynotes and sessions by noon on Wednesday, March 6, so don’t plan on leaving before then, that way you won’t miss anything.

Our room blocks at both the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center and Caribe Royale Orlando are now closed. We do not have the ability to extend our pre-negotiated room block rates. To book into either hotel, please contact them directly.

There is a 30% discount on self parking. The current rate for self-parking is $38 per night or per exit if not staying in the hotel, so the discounted rate would be $26.60. There is no discount on valet parking.

Based on your feedback, we have curated an agenda specifically built for you! Join us on Monday for a special welcome during the Happy Hour. On Tuesday, we have an exclusive Ask Me Anything Luncheon with our CEO, Stu Sjouwerman and CPO, Greg Kras plus our Channel Partner Keynote in the afternoon. Finally, on Wednesday morning we’ll have a closing breakfast for you to savor some last networking with your fellow partners. Our channel-only sessions will be clearly marked on the agenda.

No, breakout sessions are first come, first serve, so make sure you get to any of your can’t-miss sessions early.

We are planning to record all sessions taking place in our General Session room. Room assignments for sessions will be released closer to the event.

Yes! We will have a mobile app to better help you navigate the event and agenda. Look for an email about a week before the event welcoming you to our app.

Our featured networking events are the Welcome Reception on Monday evening and our closing party on Tuesday. We also offer a variety of smaller networking opportunities throughout the conference.
