Many of our sessions are educational in nature focusing on cybersecurity and the current threat landscape and may be interesting to those who are not KnowBe4 customers or channel partners. However, a good portion of our sessions will be focused on product training and detailed information, which non-customers will probably not find useful. It’s up to your discretion if you’d like to join us or not!

KB4-CON is a casual conference and we want you to wear what makes you most comfortable – think jeans, a company polo, and comfortable shoes for all the walking. For the comfort of attendees, please be considerate and refrain from any intentionally offensive clothing.

Starting in 2023, we have made the decision to charge a nominal amount primarily to assist with the registration/show rate. We found at our 2022 event that it is difficult to predict attendance for a free event where people register themselves, coworkers, and guests even if they don’t fully plan to come. We strive to give you the best experience possible and being able to better predict attendance allows us to provide that for you!

Unfortunately, KB4-CON is available to those 21 years and older only.

Yes, registration does NOT include the cost of your hotel room. Feel free to stay anywhere you’d like, but don’t forget that we’ve negotiated special room rates at the Gaylord Palms. A link to reserve your spot in our block of rooms is in your conference registration email.

You can change your registration details, add additional colleagues or guests, and more by logging back in with your confirmation number and the email address you used during registration. Your confirmation number is provided in the email confirmation you should receive after registering. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox after registration.

Sure! We have a party crasher pass which only gives access to our evening networking events for $99. You can add them during the registration process.

Our All Access passes included breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Tuesday, and heavy appetizers and drinks on Monday and Tuesday evening.

Our internal infosec team has given us a list of email domains to block from our registration. Make sure you are using a valid business email address to register.

If you can no longer attend the event, you may cancel your registration until April 1, 2023 for a full refund. After that time, no refunds will be permitted. If the event is canceled by KnowBe4, registrants will receive a full refund. You can transfer your pass to another attendee up until April 21, 2023, which can be done by emailing us.

Make sure you’re ready at the Gaylord Palms and ready to go by Monday, April 24 in the afternoon. We’ll be wrapping up with some can’t-miss keynotes by noon on Wednesday, April 26, so don’t plan on leaving before then, that way you won’t miss anything.

Yes! We have a room block at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. In your registration confirmation email you’ll receive a link to book into our room block. Keep in mind, our room block always fills up, so book quickly!

Based on your feedback, we have curated an agenda specifically built for you! Join us on Monday for a special welcome from Tony Jennings, EVP International and Global Channel Sales in the afternoon and later that evening for a state of the channel keynote and our Partner Awards. On Tuesday, we have an exclusive Ask Me Anything Luncheon with our CEO, Stu Sjouwerman and CPO, Greg Kras. Finally, on Wednesday morning we’ll have a closing breakfast for you to savor some last networking with your fellow partners. Our channel-only sessions will be clearly marked on the agenda.

No, breakout sessions are first come, first serve, so make sure you get to any of your can’t-miss sessions early.

Our featured networking events are the Welcome Reception on Monday evening and our closing party on Tuesday. We also offer a variety of smaller networking opportunities throughout the conference.
