Our Knowster Parents ERG

One of our most active employee resource groups is the Knowster Parents ERG. This group serves as a valuable platform for parents to connect, share experiences, and provide each other with support and advice. It fosters a supportive and understanding network within the company, ensuring that our employees feel empowered and encouraged in both their professional and parental roles.

We are incredibly proud of our Knowster Parents ERG for their outstanding efforts in making a positive impact on the community. Recently, they organized a donation drive that yielded remarkable results, collecting over 320 pounds of clothing, shoes, and toys to donate to Clothes to Kids and We Rock the Spectrum! These organizations provide support and resources to children and their families, and we are honored to contribute to their cause. Our ERG members' dedication and hard work showcase the true spirit of giving back and making a difference!

Parental Leave

Financial Planning

We offer a dependent care flexible spending account that allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for daycare services for their eligible dependents. We also work alongside a financial advisor that offers a 529 CollegeAmerica plan. CollegeAmerica is a tax-advantaged way to save for educational expenses, such as tuition, room and board, required equipment, books, and supplies for higher education, as well as K-12 tuition. Knowsters can open an account for anyone, no matter how much they earn, with low minimum contribution requirements available when opening an account.

Childcare Concierge

KnowBe4 has partnered with WeeCare to provide all of our U.S. employees with access to a childcare concierge service. WeeCare is the largest childcare network in the United States, with the mission of providing access to affordable, high-quality, home-based childcare for all families. With this benefit, Care Managers are available 24/7 to help our employees find the right childcare provider for their families.
