Introducing VAMOS!, KnowBe4's Newest Employee Resource Group

From September 15 to October 15 each year, Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the histories, cultures, and contributions of ancestors from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. 

At KnowBe4, we continue to build a diverse workplace culture where all Knowsters can be their authentic selves, including our Hispanic and Latinx communities, which is why we recently launched a new employee resource group, “VAMOS!”. In today’s blog, we learn more about VAMOS! and hear from several Knowsters on why they are excited about this new community.

The VAMOS! Mission

The mission of VAMOS! is to build a community where Knowsters can not only meet other Hispanics and Latinos but also where they can share their culture with others throughout the company. As KnowBe4’s newest employee resource group, VAMOS! will be focused on amplifying Hispanic and Latino voices throughout KnowBe4.
