Leader position recognizes KnowBe4’s high customer satisfaction scores and large market presence

KnowBe4 has been named the number one Security Awareness Training platform by G2 for seven consecutive years. The latest Grid Report highlights KnowBe4’s assessment and interactive training capabilities, which help employees develop the skills to identify new and emerging threats effectively.
From more than 2,300 reviews, 98% of users rated it four or five stars and 93% said they would be likely to recommend KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to others. KnowBe4’s SAT platform had the highest score for ‘Market presence’ and second highest for ‘User satisfaction’.
Incident Response Software
For 22 straight seasons, KnowBe4 has been named a leader in Incident Response Software for PhishER/PhishER Plus, with this report highlighting its incident investigation, alerts and threat intelligence as key strengths. Based on more than 450 customer reviews, 97% of PhishER/PhishER Plus users rated it 4 or 5 stars and 91% said they would be likely to recommend it to others. KnowBe4 received the second highest score for ‘User satisfaction, ‘How competitive do you find the pricing of the product?’ and ‘Incident investigation’.
