James Sudworth
James Sudworth brings 20 years of experience in cybersecurity marketing and revenue growth, specializing in B2B GTM strategy, and direct and indirect demand generation, to his role as Vice President of Revenue Marketing at KnowBe4. Prior to his current role, he led the Global Marketing function at Egress, a leading provider of anti-phishing and DLP Email Security software, taking the company to acquisition by KnowBe4 in July 2024. With sales & marketing partnership as his guiding principle, his leadership and data-led approach drives a forensic focus on GTM outcomes, efficiency - and on a culture of performance and growth.
Role & Responsibilities at KnowBe4: Sudworth oversees Demand Marketing, which includes product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, marketing operations, and international marketing teams.
Past Experience:
- Led Global Marketing at Egress Software, and was a key part of the leadership team that took the company to acquisition.
- Spent 10 years in various marketing leadership roles at Kaspersky, working for the company in Moscow and London.
Education:
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Contemporary History from the University of Sussex, UK
