Bob Reich brings more than 30 years of experience leading transformative value creation strategies with extensive business and financial management expertise across leading public and private equity-sponsored companies. He combines deep financial acumen with operational excellence, having successfully led business transformation efforts at multiple organizations. Reich began his finance career with Deloitte in Chicago and has since built a distinguished track record of developing and leading diverse global finance teams to support strategic objectives and enhance shareholder value.

Role & Responsibilities at KnowBe4: Reich leads all aspects of developing, directing, and motivating our global finance team to support the company's growth and long-term value creation initiatives.

• Led business transformation efforts as CFO of Syniverse Technologies and Hawaiian Telcom Communications
• Held senior finance leadership roles at McLeodUSA and began his finance career with Deloitte in Chicago
