This past June, our global community came together to celebrate Pride 2026 in true Knowster fashion—with boundless energy, deep educational reflection, and a whole lot of love. From canal parades in the Netherlands to historic walking tours in Germany and high-energy gatherings in Florida, our teams proved once again that diversity and inclusion are the absolute bedrock of our unstoppable culture.

Moving Moments and Unmatched Energy Across the Globe

Making Waves at Utrecht Canal Pride

For several years running, our Netherlands team members have made it a tradition to head out to the water for Utrecht Canal Pride, and every single time, the energy completely blows us away. This year was no exception. The canals were transformed into a sea of brilliant color, roaring music, and pure joy.

Our local Knowsters gathered along the banks to cheer, wave flags, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. It’s moments like these that remind us of the power of global connection—seeing our team show up so loudly and proudly for the LGBTQIA+ community, completely surrounded by the warmth of our local Utrecht neighbors, is a feeling we won't soon forget.

Walking Through History in Berlin

Culture at KnowBe4 isn't just about the party; it’s also about grounding ourselves in the stories and struggles that paved the way for the freedoms we enjoy today. In Germany, our Berlin team members headed out for an exclusive, private Queer History Tour through the iconic Nollendorfkiez neighborhood—widely recognized as Europe’s oldest queer neighborhood.

Guided by the absolute legends Margot Schlönzke and HaPe, we took a deep, meaningful dive into local art galleries, historic meeting spots, and powerful personal histories. The experience was a beautiful blend of endless laughter, eye-opening education, and deeply moving stories that left even our most talkative sales regulars completely speechless. Investing in this kind of shared growth is exactly how we cultivate true empathy and belonging across our teams.

High Stakes and Big Laughs in Clearwater

Meanwhile, across the Atlantic, our Clearwater team members packed the room for an afternoon of pure, electric entertainment: Drag Queen Bingo! The room was absolutely buzzing with positive vibes, high stakes, and brilliant, show-stopping performances.

Events like this highlight the sheer playfulness and warmth of our community. It was the perfect opportunity for hybrid and in-office team members to step away from their screens, share a ton of laughs, and celebrate the beautiful, diverse spectrum of our workforce together. Naturally, because we love to spread the joy, offices all over the globe were also stocked with rainbow treats and local delicacies throughout the month to keep the festive spirit alive.

The Power of Our LGBTQIA+ ERG

Our employee-led resource groups are the heartbeat of our workplace, and this month, our LGBTQIA+ ERG truly outdid themselves. They kept our global teams connected by building a massive, collaborative Pride playlist that everyone could contribute to, launching an educational dive into the history of the pride flag colors, and hosting a fun interactive quiz to keep things light and engaging.

Beyond the celebrations, the ERG focused heavily on fostering personal and professional growth. They provided essential reading lists, curated podcast recommendations, and educational toolkits to help allies move from passive support to active, everyday advocacy. The team also took a solemn, crucial moment to pause, reflect, and honor the lives lost on Pulse Remembrance Day, ensuring that our solidarity remains rooted in real-world history and respect.

Flat Hierarchy in Action: The CEO AMA

We firmly believe that a great idea can come from anywhere and that leadership should always be accessible. In recognition of Pride Month, our ERG hosted a live, interactive, 30-minute Ask Me Anything (AMA) session with our CEO, Bryan.

This wasn’t a scripted corporate presentation. It was a dedicated, open-door space for ERG members to speak directly with executive leadership, ask real questions, and discuss how we can continue to drive both cultural and business impact together. Showing up for these candid conversations is how we ensure that our diversity initiatives are backed by genuine action from the very top.
