Another legendary Halloween at KnowBe4! Our global teams brought their A-game and, in true KnowBe4 fashion, treated this spooky celebration with the creativity and energy it deserves. From jaw-dropping costumes to hauntingly beautiful office transformations, we did it again!

Halloween is such a big deal for the KnowBe4 team. We don't just participate in spooky season, we absolutely dominate it with style and spirit every single time. United States: Countrywide Creativity

Clearwater, Florida - Our Headquarters Goes All Out!

Our Clearwater headquarters is home to our largest and most elaborate Halloween celebration! This year, our fantastic Global Company Culture team organized KnowBe4's beloved annual coffee walk and costume contest—a tradition that's been part of our culture since KnowBe4's early days.

Knowsters walked through downtown Clearwater, where KnowBe4 treated everyone to a drink of their choice from various local shops. After fueling up on caffeine and festive beverages, everyone returned to the office where the real celebration began!

The costume and decoration contests featured various categories like best-dressed group, best-dressed individual, most creative costume, spookiest office decoration, and more! The energy was absolutely electric, with Knowsters showing off their incredible creativity and Halloween spirit. Our Global Company Culture team outdid themselves once again, and we're so grateful for their hard work and creative vision that makes this event truly special year after year!

Boston, New York, and DC - Northeast Energy!

Our East Coast offices brought fantastic energy to Halloween! From creative costumes to festive office vibes, these teams proved that Halloween spirit spans across all our U.S. locations. The variety of costumes and enthusiasm for celebrating together made for memorable celebrations in each city

London - The Clown Crew Takes Over!

Our London office absolutely nailed their IT-themed Halloween celebration! A whole group of Knowsters dressed as clowns, creating a spooky (and slightly hilarious) atmosphere that Pennywise would be proud of. The coordination and commitment to the theme was impressive, and their group costume definitely stood out as one of the year's most memorable!

Leeds - Sweet Treats and Spooky Vibes

The Leeds team hosted a festive spooky candy party that brought everyone together for treats, laughs, and Halloween fun! The office was decorated with eerie touches, and Knowsters enjoyed celebrating the season with their colleagues. Sometimes the best celebrations are the ones filled with good company and lots of candy!

Utrecht, Netherlands - Growing Halloween Spirit

While Halloween isn't traditionally celebrated in the Netherlands, our Utrecht Knowsters continue to embrace this fun tradition with enthusiasm! The office was decorated with spooky touches, and employees got into the spirit with creative costumes. It's amazing to see how this tradition has grown in our Utrecht office, with more Knowsters joining the fun each year!

Berlin, Germany - Creativity on Full Display

Our Berlin office came through with tons of creative costumes and incredible Halloween spirit! The variety and originality of the costumes showcased the artistic flair and enthusiasm of our German team. Our Dubai team had a fantastic time getting into the Halloween spirit! With a wonderful variety of costumes and festive decorations throughout the office, the celebration was a huge success. Singapore - Tons of Energy and a Show-Stopping Frog

The Singapore office brought incredible energy and an amazing variety of costumes to their Halloween celebration! The creativity was off the charts, but we have to give a special shoutout to the absolutely fantastic frog costume that stole the show. The attention to detail and commitment to character was impressive, and it became an instant favorite. Singapore proved that when it comes to Halloween, they don't hold back!

Melbourne, Australia - Despicable-ly Awesome!

Our Melbourne office had an amazing celebration, but we have to talk about the minions! The dedication to creating these adorable (and slightly chaotic) yellow characters was fantastic. The minion crew brought smiles to everyone's faces and proved that sometimes the most fun costumes are the ones that make you laugh. Melbourne definitely brought the joy to Halloween 2025!

Africa: The Checkers60 Crew

Cape Town, South Africa - Delivering Halloween Fun

Our Cape Town team absolutely nailed it with their hilarious and clever group costume! A whole crew of Knowsters dressed up as Checkers Sixty60 delivery drivers—complete with the iconic branded jumpsuits. For context, Checkers Sixty60 is a hugely popular on-demand grocery delivery service throughout South Africa that delivers within 60 minutes, and their distinctive drivers are everywhere! The coordinated effort and local humor made this one of the standout group costumes of the year. Plus, seeing so many "delivery drivers" in one place was both impressive and entertaining!
