2025 Wrapped: A Year of Impact at KnowBe4

As we bid farewell to an amazing year, let's unwrap the highlights of KnowBe4's journey in 2025, focusing on our incredible workplace. Like Spotify Wrapped, but with an office flair, let's celebrate the achievements, accolades, and strides in creating an exceptional workplace culture that made this year stand out.

In the past year, KnowBe4 has expanded its presence with a new office in Arlington, Virginia. We also did a complete rebrand with a new logo, new colors, and a new tagline: Rise Above Risk.

Sustainable Workplace Practices

In the past year, KnowBe4 has been dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment through a series of dynamic sustainability events and initiatives, including the following:

• → Waste Free February Contest
• → Earth Month Challenges and Events
• → Digital Declutter Month in July
• → Plastic Free November Contest
• → Our green team, EarthBe4, has 85 members from all 12 countries
• → Lunch & Learns on: Turtle Rescue and Rehab; Our Adopted Beehives; The Ocean Plastic Crisis (with 4Ocean)
• → Cleanups/Plantings at Two Local Urban Farms
• → Earth Day Cleanups in the US, Germany, Dubai, UK, and Singapore; Earth Day Tree Plantings in India, Dubai, Australia, and South Africa
• → Canal cleanup in the Netherlands
• → Cleanups for World Cleanup Day, World Oceans Day, and World Environment Day
• → November Big Cleanup KnowBe4 in the US, Australia, Cheltenham (UK), Leeds (UK), Singapore, and South Africa
• → Over 470 Volunteers Cleaned Up a Total of Nearly 2000 lbs of Trash
• → Donated to Plant 15,000 Mangroves in Kenya, 15,000 Mangroves in Brazil, and 15,000 Sea Kelp in       Canada (thereby protecting 15 different species), and Adopted 15 Beehives in the US and NL
• → Through Donations and Knowster Volunteers, We Planted Nearly 31,000 Trees in 2025
• → Five of our Offices, Including our HQ in FL, Compost our Food Scraps and Coffee Grounds 
  (roughly 65 lbs a week in FL alone)
• → Since 2021, We Have Upcycled 530 lbs of Banners into Over 1750 Reusable Bags for Employees

Community Involvement

KnowBe4 is deeply committed to giving back to our community. Some of our charitable initiatives from this year were:

• → Hosted a corporate tour for Madi’s Movement, which focuses on assisting young adults who aged out of the foster care system
• → Knowster Parents and Black Knowster Network participated in the Great American Teach-in to teach the youth about cybersecurity.
• → Participated in hosting a corporate tour for Mido Academy students focused on learning about IT
• → LGBTQIA+ ERG held a fundraiser for World AIDS Day to support the Elton John Foundation
• → LGBTQIA+ ERG participated in Tampa Bay Pride
• → Knowster Parents participated in Lotz of Blessings which focuses on developing the youth
• → Knowster Parents held a back-to-school supply drive
• → Women in Tech held a clothing drive for Clothes for Kids.
• → We sponsored 92 local Clearwater children through Brighter Seasons with EPIC for our annual Holiday Giving Tree collection. Employees from all over the US and even globally contributed to this endeavor.
• → Hosted a school donation drive with Calvin Hunsinger School
• → Hosted the Blood Bus
• → Hosted local Girl Scout and Boy Scout troops to sell their cookies and popcorn to earn money for their troops
• → Humane Society Volunteer Day
• → Pet Adoption event at the Humane Society
• → Volunteer Day at Moccasin Lake Raptor Sanctuary
• → Life Farms Volunteering
• → Hosted a Knowster kids Entrepreneurship Day in which Knowster kids came around with a cart selling their crafts to employees
