Our First Annual Knowster Parents Spring Celebration

Our Knowster Parents employee resource group had a blast at our first annual Knowster Parents Spring Celebration! All employees were invited to join the Knowster Parents community for a fun morning at a local park near our Clearwater, Florida headquarters. We started the morning with breakfast, while the kiddos did arts and crafts and decorated spring baskets. We had a bounce house, an egg hunt, and games for all to enjoy! In today’s blog, we hear about the event from some of the members in our Knowster Parents group.

It was great to meet with some of our Knowster parents for the first time, many of whom I’ve only communicated with virtually! I enjoyed chatting about our shared experiences and letting the kiddos run around and enjoy themselves.

I loved spearheading our first Knowster Parents Spring Celebration! I have helped with events in the past, and it felt nice to give back again and see our community in person. The Knowster Parents group is special to me because I started at KnowBe4 when my youngest child was six months old and my oldest daughter was four years old. I love all of the growth that KnowBe4 supports. Getting to see employees starting families, growing their families, and providing a nice life for them is amazing. We have some great parents within our organization and it's nice to combine all of our knowledge to help navigate us through these uncharted parent waters!
