Roberts Brings Over 20 Years of Content Leadership and AI-Driven Transformation to Spearhead Next-Gen Cybersecurity Training Content
KnowBe4, the global leader in digital workforce security, securing both AI agents and humans, today announced the appointment of Fran Roberts as KnowBe4 Studios general manager. Roberts will lead the Studios team in creating fresh, AI-forward training content, including interactive games and expanded storytelling designed for an enhanced, immersive customer experience.
The appointment comes at an exciting time for KnowBe4 as it accelerates its focus on AI-driven innovation to better serve its global customer base. Reporting directly to Bryan Palma, CEO of KnowBe4, Roberts will focus on bridging traditional production methods and AI-enabled ways of working across global teams to deliver highly relevant and engaging content.

Roberts brings over two decades of creative and technology leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling brands and the AI transformation to global organizations. Most recently, he held dual roles as SVP of AI and content technology and SVP of brand studio at Monks. Prior to that Roberts served as creative director at many organizations, including Trollbäck+Company and Nickelodeon Animation.
