Event Venue

For KB4-CON 2023, we’re returning to the beautiful Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center located right outside sunny Orlando, Florida. Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center welcomes guests to an upscale, one-of-a-kind experience only minutes from Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando Resort™, and other Orlando theme parks and attractions.

Accommodations

We’ve secured special pricing for KB4-CON attendees at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Buena Vista Suites and Caribe Royale Orlando. After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book into our room block at one of those locations. Rooms start at $205 - $234/night plus taxes and hotel fees. Room night availability is limited, so be sure to book quickly once you register!

Travel & Getting Here

You’ll want to fly into the Orlando International Airport, which is just a short ride away from the Gaylord Palms. Check out the available cabs and shuttles from the airport, or grab an Uber or Lyft. Make sure you’re at the Gaylord and ready to go by Monday, April 24 in the afternoon!

Whether you’re escaping the cold weather of winter up north or coming from somewhere closer, keep an eye on the weather before you arrive. It can be warm and humid in April, with highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s. See the 10 day forecast.
