KnowBe4 prides itself on taking environmental responsibility seriously. To that end, we are always looking for ways to do more. One big thing we can do is encourage our employees to be more sustainable through the use of incentive programs.
On the personal Knowster Climate Pledge - which 96% of our staff have taken at the time of writing - the fourth most popular option chosen across the globe was “Reduce my personal consumption of fossil fuels.” This option was also in the top five of every country but one.
We heard our employees, took it to heart, and launched new clean energy Incentives. KnowBe4 offers two different incentives to eligible employees:
